# Seqera Platform Cloud

The Seqera Platform Cloud is a service to transparently handle submitting Nextflow pipelines to multiple computing platforms, whether that be Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or an institute's High-Performance Compute (HPC) cluster. The Data Science and Multimodal Integration (DSMI) core has an instance of the Seqera Platform Cloud that is configured for use on the Engaging cluster.

The DSMI's instance of Seqera includes pipelines such as [`rnaseq`](https://nf-co.re/rnaseq/3.22.2/) , [`scrnaseq`](https://nf-co.re/scrnaseq/4.1.0/), and [`sarek`](https://nf-co.re/sarek/3.7.1/). More pipelines will be added as users present the need for them. If a pipeline is not available, you can "quick launch" a run that uses your desired Nextflow pipeline. Instructions on how to do this and use Seqera in general are available in the following pages.
