Open the UCSC browser
Click the "Genomes" link and select group "Mammal", genome "Human" and assembly "Dec. 2013 (GRCh38/hg38)
Enter the position chr4:133,143,371-133,155,540 and click submit.
The eye icon allows you to view the result, the pencil is for editing attributes and the X allows deletion.
Select the FASTA manipulation toolbox on the left. Then select the "Compute sequence length" function. When finished, view the results.
